Objective
Because Toronto is one of the film capitals of North America, the Commission had a tremendous amount of administrative tasks to manage all the filming. These tasks involved checking availability of space, booking the location and time, issuing insurance and an array of special licenses. In addition to this, most clients were global which made the communication more arduous for both parties involved.
