Commodity Forwarders Inc. has been able to better manage and identify problems in their processes, which is critical when dealing with perishable goods. They have been able to reduce their billing period down to 10% of what it preciously was, freeing up capital for growth. They have been able to expand their offices by 50% allowing them to establish a presence in the east coast. These offices also run with smaller, more empowered staff. All of this was accomplished within a stringent budget that e-enabled antiquated software for Internet deployment.
