

Jay Jordon has more than 20 years experience in the field of custom software development and emerging digital technologies. As a principle of Baldhead over the past 15 years, Mr. Jordon has successfully overseen the design, development and deployment of numerous large-scale software products.
A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Jordon has founded, grown, acquired and exited a number of companies. Prior to his current position at Baldhead, Mr. Jordon was the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Sona Innovations Inc., a joint venture company originally held between Baldhead Systems and Royal Bank of Canada. He was also a founder of Byte Media, a digital media company and purveyor of digital signage solutions to York Region Transit.
Mr. Jordon began his career with CIBC Wood Gundy and Angross Software as a developer and consultant. In his spare time, Mr. Jordon coaches amateur wrestling with Team Impact. He is the past Vice President of Marketing & Administration for the Ontario Amateur Wrestling Association and former Treasurer for the Metro Toronto Wrestling Association. In 2005, Mr. Jordon successfully climbed to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania via the Macheme route. His cousin Peter Jordon, Director of Mont Source, and Baldhead Co-founder, Ron Leach, were also on the expedition. Mr. Jordon is the proud father of three children.
Born in Chatham, England, Jason Coulls has been in the IT industry for the past two decades working as a custom software developer and consultant. He came to Toronto in 1998 to take a position with Baldhead. Although his initial role was to lead the company’s support desk, Coulls quickly moved into full-time research and development (R&D).
Coulls specializes in Windows and Windows Mobile services including Windows API, Visual Studio (.Net), and embedded programming, such as, WinCE, Unitech JobGen and Objective C for the iPhone. Jason has worked on numerous development projects during his tenure with Baldhead. As Chief Technical Officer of Baldhead, Coulls continues to think creatively while following his vision to push the boundaries of mobile computing and location-based services.
Outside of Baldhead, Coulls’ interests include genealogy, sailing and radio technology. He is a member of the International Society of Genetic Genealogy.
Duncan is a qualified software engineer with a strong background in programming and web application development. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in honours Computer Science from the esteemed University of Waterloo.
Having been with Baldhead for nearly a decade, Duncan has conducted software development within a broad range of firms; including Intellitech, RDS Data and NCR. His depth of experience with languages such as, C/C++, VB.NET, C#, Java, PHP, and ASP.NET have allowed Brown to successfully deliver on the diverse range of projects undertaken by Baldhead Systems.
In addition to his career-related accomplishments, including the co-founding of Byte Media Inc., Brown plays guitar both as a hobby and professionally and enjoys amateur wrestling and soccer (or football as Jason Coulls would say).
With more than 13 years experience working in IT, Beaulieu brings his knowledge and skills to his role as Vice President of Operations for Baldhead. Beginning as a software developer himself, Beaulieu is a believer in the transformative power of technology providing valuable solutions to business.
No stranger to Baldhead, Beaulieu started with the company as Vice President of Sales back in 2000. Gathering experience at a diverse range of organizations, Beaulieu returned back to Baldhead in 2009. Prior to rejoining the Baldhead team, he spent three years as the Director of Information Technology for TUI Student Travel. It was there that he started with a team of two, and within three years, had scaled the IT department to support businesses worth in excess of $300 million.
Beaulieu hails from the small town of Maria in the Gaspe region of Quebec. He now lives in Toronto with his greatest achievement, his son.
